We first listed with Tanya in 2020 but the pandemic caused us to take the house off the market. Tanya stayed in touch and in January of 2022 we hit the market again and she worked with us to get the sale at our price. A wonderful experience. We would highly recommend Tanya to anyone buying or selling a house.

Initial interview of 5 realtors, Tanya was head and shoulders the best choice. From strategy, marketing to listing she was right on the mark. Communication was exceptional - phone calls - emails and texts keeping us up to date with pertinent information as well just a phone call to see how we were doing and if we had any questions - it doesn't get any better.
Tanya is the extra mile kinda pro - keys were not at our disposal to get back into the house after leaving all for the lock box and other places - 9pm at night Tanya made the 40 minute drive to unlock our door ...with a smile - indicative of who she is.
